"No complaints from our weekend stay, the staff was beyond friendly, accommodating and cheerful. Breakfast was fresh and consistently being restocked and cleaned up, perfect location to hop on the riverfront trail and enjoy a walk or even walk to some near by restaurants. This will definitely be our go to hotel to stay at anytime we’re in Richland for sports. "

"The room and service was outstanding! The food options were really great and room service dining hit all the marks! We should’ve looked closer at the pool as it is not an indoor pool. It is half outdoor and unheated so the kids were a little disappointed in that area but other than that, I highly recommend staying again"

"The breakfast was fabulous, the staff did a great job ensuring the trays were full throughout the whole breakfast window. Every staff interaction was pleasant, they always had smiles on their faces and were kind even to my kids. The AC was wonderful and kept the room the temp we wanted. The pool was fabulous! "

The only reasons I didn't give it five stars were 1) they need to replace those little toilets that make you feel like you're falling when you sit down, and 2) The breakfast was good but they didn't offer as much as most places and they needed more seating."
