Most of the staff were nice. There was a pretty park and old palace right next to the hotel and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. "Excellent, especially the staff. Very relaxing and quality. The entrance (garden areas - maintenance and security/lighting at night) and parking area are not kept up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. So, first impression was a bit dubious, but once inside it was apparent that the place was of quality."

"It’s sold as it is in Madrid snd close to the airport BUT IT IS NOT IN MADRID AND IT IS NOT CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. It is in ALCALA DE HENARES which is a very nice town anyway. "
