"No chekin queriam me deixar em quartos sem ar condicionado, mas como eu tinha conferido esse detalhe com antecedência, foi me confirmado que havia ar condicionado nos quartos, Mas aí foi disponibilizado quartos “meia boca”. Saiu baratas de baixo do armário, banheiro cheirava mal, faltou água no banheiro, chuveiro sem o registro, só com um “pino”, café da manhã faltava alimentos na mesa, faltava utencilios, pratos e só uma funcionária pra resolver tudo, e pra fechar, no dia do chekout faltou...
