"Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not reflective of the branding, price point or photos online. The hotel felt chaotic, poorly maintained and far from the luxury boutique escape it claims to be. Cleanliness and hygiene were a major issue throughout our stay - including hairs in room and mouldy water bottle provided in our room. The most concerning incident happened at 7am when a large flower tile attached to the ceiling crashed down onto the outdoor seating on out balcony, waking us up suddenly. A serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. Service was inexperienced, sloppy and unhelpful throughout. Common areas were untidy, the food was very average, and the overall atmosphere lacked any sense of refinement or comfort. Ironically, the gym was probably the best facility - but even that was dirty and poorly maintained. We booked this as a special birthday weekend and ended up leaving early and relocating to Palma because the hotel simply did not feel clean, safe or relaxing. Would not return or recommend."

"Outstanding resort in every way . Stunning place with wonderful facilities and lots of pools . Beautifully clean and well maintained .the staff are the real jewel in the crown though . They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect and they are truly lovely . Right from check in with out deluxe concierge Miriam , we had a flawless experience and enjoyed the delicious food , wine and cocktails . The seasons bar is amazing and the staff there go out of their way to spoil you . We felt very lucky to have them . The spa is beautiful and very peaceful . Highly recommend to anyone looking to be spoiled and have a special holiday . "

"After spending 7 nights in Mallorca, staying at 4 different 4 star hotels all over the island, I am giving this honest review whilst comparing the standards of all 4 of the hotels that we stayed in. Unfortunately I have to rate this hotel at the bottom of that list of 4 for the following reasons. The first is the lack of parking. There is no car park and very limited street parking. We had to drive around the town twice before finally finding a space which was not even very close to the hotel. Next was reception. We were told on check-in that the sky bar was closed but we could go and take photos if we wanted. The sky bar was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel and so this news came as a massive disappointment. However, the information was misleading because it turned out it was open later that evening and the next evening. Also, we booked a Suite which had a coffee maker and we were provided with 2 coffee pods"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back! "
