The location is great and the flat very modern. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, we found hairs on the floor. The towel hooks also weren't fixed properly to wall. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

Appartement (3 chambres) de qualité et design (ce qui peut le rendre froid). Situation idéale en plein centre qui nous a permis de découvrir et de profiter de Cadiz dans les meilleures conditions. Appartement calme. Parking payant à 4 minutes. Accueil par une personne agréable et dynamique pour la remise des clefs dans le couloir de l'immeuble à l'horaire mentionné dans le mail de confirmation. Il faut déposer une caution en plus du paiement de la réservation, caution qui est reversée 48h après le départ. Les points d'amélioration: - impossible d'avoir un retour par mail sur la bonne prise en compte de la caution et de la possibilité de pouvoir déposer nos valises avant l'horaire d'arrivée. - avoir quelques produits type dosette café, ... à disposition pour nous accueillir.

We had a newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment, centrally located and a easy walk from the train station. The Market (easily the cleanest and best displayed market that we have visited with seafood, meat and produce) was a 5 minute stroll. Cultural and historical sights along with an excellent selection of restaurants and tapas bars are all easily accessible on foot. Great value; thank you.

Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig

Wir haben kurzfristig innerhalb von 2 Tagen ein Appartement in dem Komplex mitten in der Altstadt gebucht. Vom Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß etwa 15 min bis man in der Unterkunft ankommt. Wenn man zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr eincheckt, wird man persönlich in Empfang genommen, ansonsten erhält man einen Code nach Email Kontakt, der allerdings die Preisgabe sensibler Daten beinhaltet. Die Unterkunft ist etwas spartanisch aber sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlten Gläser und Tassen in der Küche, worauf wir den Mitarbeiter im Nachhinein einmal ansprachen, der auch meinte dass er es checken würde, was aber nicht erfolgte. Wir behalfen uns mit selbst gekauften Plastikbechern. Es waren trotzdem insgesamt sehr schöne Tage. Cádiz ist wunderschön und lässt sich von der sehr stillen und gut klimatisierten Wohnung aus sehr gut entdecken.

Tandem Ancha Unit 34 - Cadiz

The location was fantastic and the rooms were large, bright and open with modern finishes. Our only issue (which was a concern for about 15 minutes) is we did not see that there was a 'check-in' window and that if you check in after this window they can not get you into the unit. We were concerned we would not have a place for the night but luckily after some panic were able to get through to the managers and check in during the window. Definitely something to be aware of!

Una apartamento en una zona estupenda para vivir el carnaval de calle. Muy moderno y cómodo. Pedimos uno para dos personas pero tenía dos dormitorios y un sofá cama. Uno de los dormitorios con cama de 2x2. Todo limpio y bonito.

Ojo al proceso de recepción

El único pero es que si se reserva el mismo día estando ya de viaje y sin conexión continua, el proceso de recepción es, por decirlo de alguna manera, diferente. No es como el de un hotel. Conseguimos entrar porque echamos mano de la imaginación para contactar con algún responsable.
