"Wonderful 2 star that delivers. Family run and it has that feel. Really nice. Only issue is road noise if you are very sensitive to that."

"Avoid if you can , - location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo - The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll - both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

"This is an absolutely exceptional hotel - starting with a very personal check-in by one of the owners to a fantastic room (we had a junior suite with in-room bathtub and mountain view) to the culinary highlights of the Gault Millau recommended cuisine. All of this in a cozy ambiance that combines Tyrolean hospitality with modern amenities. Having traveled in many countries over the years with numerous hotels - Strasserwirt really stands out. "Great location. Parking is a breeze. Good food near by. My balcony had an amazing view. I did have another hotel on this trip that was better and cheaper but this was still 5 stars "

"FIORI Dolomites Experience Hotel is a lovely hotel positioned at the base of the Italian Dolomites in the small town of San Vito di Cadore. We stayed at this hotel a couple of days before and after our hike on the Alta Via 1 trail though the Dolomites. It was the perfect stay as we were able to take public transportation from the town all the way to the start of the hiking trail, and then we were able to hike right back to Cortina d’Ampezzo where we took public transportation back to the hotel....

"The room was nice sized, clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed. The room had a balcony that faced the lake which was nice to have a drink on and enjoy the view. A very nice hot and cold breakfast was also included with the stay."
