My room was clean, pool was open. The ice machines do not work on any floors. The check in staff out of 3,1 was very nice and helpful. Saw i assume the owner and family. This is the second time in a row where neither the pool or spa were useable. Much better attention needs to be given to trash and litter on the grounds. Honestly the rooms are getting very tired with unusable towel racks, TVs that sag and overall abuse of years old interiors.
