"The staff was great but my room could use some renovations and a dresser. I had a private room and bathroom. If you are planning to live out of a backpack then the lack of storage space will be fine. I had to live out of my suitcase because I had no where to store my things."
"Good new hotel all fixtures are brand new location perfect. All restaurant shopping walkable. Night time street is perfect joint for a shisha coffee & food. "
"This I hostel is amazing for a budget stay: location is great (walking distance from tahrir square, metro is in the heart of Cairo. There are multiple supermarkets and stores nearby, the view is nice, speciay from the balcony of the communal room. The staff are really friendly, room was clean and tidy.

"I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hostel in Cairo! The building is a fully renovated 120-year-old home, and it’s absolutely stunning, full of charm and character. We stayed in a private room with a king-size bed and were wowed by the elegant chandelier that gave the space a special touch.
The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is great too — close to Tahrir Square, which made it easy to explore the...

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott in Egypt, and I can confidently say it was a five-star experience from start to finish!
First and foremost, the **customer service** was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest, which is something I truly appreciated.
The **cleanliness** of the hotel was impressive. Every area, from the lobby to my room, was spotless and well-maintained.
I also felt very safe throughout my time at the hotel. The environment was secure, and the staff took every measure to ensure the safety of all guests. It allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my vacation without any worries.
The hotel's location is another highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions. It’s the perfect base for exploring the rich culture and history of Egypt while still enjoying the comforts of a high-end resort.
If you're looking for a getaway that offers both beauty and impeccable service, the Marriott Omar Al Khayyam in Egypt is the place to be. "
"The depiction of this hotel in the pictures is exactly how it looks in reality. The customer service and attention to the extra needs of the guest is unquestionably the priority for the staff.
The breakfast is very generous and the staff at the restaurant are always very polite and attentive to their guests.
The hotel has everything we needed. The room was very clean. With enough space for the luggage. The beds were very comfortable. Crispy sheets and pleasant smell. The view from our room and the rooftop was magnificent, really beautiful, so perfect that it looked like a postcard. The AC worked perfectly.
The surroundings could be better, but that is not the responsibility of the hotel staff.
These people really go above and beyond to satisfy their guests.
We stayed 4 nights and would stay there again. "
"Fairmont is located right across from the Nile. It has a small shopping mall attached to the hotel within which there is a 24 hour pharmacy. The hotel itself has several good quality restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room service is outstanding. "
"Awesome hotel excellent lobby area with look out. Beautiful decor. Spacious room which you do not find in hotels in North America.Great breakfast buffett which starts at 4am till 10am. Buffett had lot of choices. Strongly recommend anybody going to Cairo. Will surely stay again."
"The hotel is beautiful and run by helpful, friendly staff. The 24 hour bar with a view of the pyramids is fantastic but Giza it’s self held very little charm. "
"AMAZING hotel located right in front of the pyramids. Incredible view with super clean cozy and comfortable rooms. The entire staff was beyond friendly, attentive and helpful. Their rooftop restaurant is the BEST !
Definitely recommend. "
"The staff here made this such a delightful place to stay, especially Mustafa who went above and beyond to help us. They always said this is your home. So friendly and welcoming. The view of the pyramids is exceptional and the sphinx and just a couple of mins walk to the entrance. "
