This is my third stay at this property and I absolutely love it. Service is amazing and staff is wonderful . Property is clean rooms are comfortable and spacious delicious coffee in room as well. The manager at breakfast was awesome he was so accommodating and professional

AMAZING STAY

WOW!!!!! This hotel is a five star experience. It was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet was insane. So many different selections. Staff was so attentive the hotels absolutely gorgeous and the rooms so beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!!!! it was taught large at such a great price.

From the moment we arrived at Royal Maxim Palace Kapinski until we left 6 days later we were treated like family. The concierge arranged our lost baggage to be delivered to the hotel and helped us plan a Nile dinner cruise. The restaurants, particularly Lucca, have 5 star menus. The spa experience was one of the better ones I have had and prices were reasonable. The staff on the whole goes out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is top rate. No complaints.

5 star hotel in new Cairo

Although new Cairo is a residential spot without many atractions, this hotel allows a 5 star experience isolated from the noise and inconvenience of central Cairo. The rooms are clean and spatious. The breakfast is also fine. I would only complain about club lounge which is almost closed and empty.

I had an incredible stay at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski in Cairo! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The hotel’s restaurants offer a variety of delicious international and local dishes, and the breakfast buffet is amazing with so many fresh options. The outdoor pool is stunning and a great place to unwind, while the spa services are top-notch. The entire property is immaculate, and the attention to detail is noticeable throughout. It’s conveniently located near the airport, but still feels like a luxurious retreat from the busy city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service in Cairo. I can’t wait to come back!

Not to recommend as old and used

The pictures on the booking page were very promising. Everything is looking old and shabby. Everywhere noice from outside. I’m very disappointed even more for the price I was paying. Bed was good and breakfast as well. But this hotel isn’t recommended for a relaxing stay. Stuff did a great job, especially when a tip was given.

1- the furniture has tears and stains. 2- everything was very over priced. 3- stayed 3 nights without heater until they fixed it. 4- the indoor pool is not for kids, which was a disappointment to us. We have booked because of the heated pool but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. 5- not worth the money paid.
