Room was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly, and they brought us whatever we needed. We even needed a doctor during our stay and they have one on site who came to our room and also provided the prescriptions he wrote instead of us having to go to the pharmacy. And even on top of that, when we did end up needing the pharmacy, the hotel coordinated deliver that came within 30mins. Amazing. We also had a special anniversary dinner that the hotel Egyptian restaurant went all out to make such a special event with a peivate gazebo on the Nile, complete with flowers, candles, a heater for the chilly night, and a special anniversary cake that was delicious. We had such a great time. I would highly recommend. Very personal service. We were. Treated as VIPs the whole time!!

we had a room with partial nile view on the 14th floor which fully matched the description upon booking. The service in the hotel was excellent, the cleanliness of the room, too. The room comprises a Nespresso coffee machine and a small fridge. The balcony is closed for security reasons, but was openened by the staff immediately upon request. A great variety of food is offered for breakfast, with tables also outside. The Outdoor Pool has a great view. The hotel is close to a metro station ("Opera") which allows reaching coptic Kairo as well as islamic Kairo and some other areas by metro easily. Organizing a Taxi or UBER worked out fine, too.

Great Hotel in the Heart of Downtown Cairo

Very, very good hotel, with many restaurants to choose from on the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would return to this hotel in the future.
