Das Appartment wird alle 2 Tage gereinigt, die Handtücher täglich (ausser Sonntags) gewechselt. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Negativ: Die Ausstattung des Appartments ist ausreichend, jedoch darf man hier nicht zuviel erwarten. "On arrival the pool was green with rubish floating in it. This was not cleaned until the second day of our holiday. During our weeks stay our room was not cleaned once, we had to go to reception for toilet rolls and clean towls. Reception were not at all friendly and seemed to answer every request (i.e. taxi, hairdryer) with NO....the kitchen was basic with no toaster."

"Nice hotel. Breakfast was great, a lot of (the same) options every day. Very busy place with a lot of young people having fun but it was quiet at night to sleep (pool closes at 8 pm). I travelled with my 11-year old autistic and nonverbal son and a friend, and the hotel was still family-friendly. Staff were very friendly too. Nice location. Very close to the airport. Several restaurants and grocery stores nearby too to eat and drink. Drinks at the hotel were expensive. Not close enough to the beach by walk, it's better to get a taxi to go to the Ushuaia beach. "
