We know this Hotel since many years and were many times guests there. The rooms are simple, but the shower works good, also Aircon, there is soap, toothbrushes, etc., and clean towels. The food has improved significantly, and there is also something for the European taste. The large pool is great; you can really swim in it. For us, it is a nice meeting point to visit former sponsored children. It is close to the mall and you can also eat in the hotel..

I would like for the resort to get rid of all stray cats n dogs. These stray animals are risky and dangerous to the guests. Also extend the hours of the restaurant to the guests. The restaurant closes too early.

When we booked there were only 1 room available and we had booked 2 rooms with queen bed . We were told we could upgrade to 1 room with a queen bed but had to pay extra for our kids to sleep with a extra bed even thou we had allready paid for 2 queen beds. I would not stay here again

施設は古いですが、リゾート感があって良かったです。プール、バーベキュースペース、カラオケ(一曲毎にコインを入れる)などあります。土曜日ということもあり、現地の人達がそれぞれ楽しんでいました。今回は利用しませんでしたが、次回はこれらを楽しみたいです。朝食は部屋のメニューでフロントに注文して部屋で食べました。部屋はそこそこ広くて、シャワーはお湯も出て問題ないレベルと思います。

Its not a riverview. Service in the breakfast cafeteria was painfully slow. But food quality was good. The laundry was frightfully expensive. We asked fro the rates three times to no avail. However the manager to her credit gave us a 50% discount on the laundry. Its OK.

I want there but I don’t stay there because to mush noises, i can’t sleep there because there is vibration from down, it’s was the bedroom like you shower me, somebody smoked in front the room. Please I aske you give me back my money. Thanks.

Not good

Booked 2 nights to spend sone family time in the resort. They closed both pools for cleaning, so we were left with a very expensive hotel with a small garden to stare at and a pay-per-song karaoke machine as the only amenities. No idea why they can't alternate pools for cleaning. Rooms were very basic, but reasonably clean. Shame about the biting ants that lived on one of our beds. The best part of the stay was breakfast. Look elsewhere.

After few hours of stayed the Flash is not working and the faucet can't stop water pour continuously..Phone is not working we dial 0 or 101 but no response. Internet connection is slow

Disappointing

One of the cleaning ladies of the hotel told 2 people what I was doing and who was staying with me causing me to have to prove I was not involving myself in activities I shouldn’t be. She made me look bad to officials of the villa I work in. It was not her place to do so. I eventually convinced them that I was with friends and there was nothing more with the person who had drank to much to go home and had stayed with me. It is very rude and illegal to give information about others.

Convenient, with a nice pool.

It took the front desk staff awhile to look for my booking. A little bit of a hassle but after all settled. Pool is ok. Kids had fun.
