"This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, a super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view of the hills. The property is very quiet and located in such a peaceful area. "The property was nice and breakfast was excellent but the pics shown on Expedia alludes to a hotel that does not exist. The pool is not on the property (you can get a voucher to a pool 300 meters away and that pool looks nothing like the pool in the pics representing this property)> So the property was nice and the service great and the staff very good but you will not get the place these pics represent. "The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the parking facilities were convenient. The hotel is also located in a safe and comfortable area, which made the stay even more enjoyable."

"Fabulous location and room is exactly as shown We arrived and our room was not cleaned yet. Check in delayed by one hour Dishwasher had all dirty dishes and so I had to wash a few items by hand Water was hot and good flow No noise in the halls and well lit. Towels not replenished in the second day and room not cleaned. Which is something we expected Lastly check out we were told to leave cards at the front desk under the computer which felt a bit weird. Overall good"

"I travel a lot to the area around Guimaraes, but I found this new hotel nestled up in the hills and it is super. I'd certainly recommend. I've stayed twice and the indoor pool (and sauna/ steam room) are excellent, and the outdoor pool and view of the mountains in the distance is idyllic. Good food menu and room service (same menu, not a smaller one like in many hotels). Will certainly stay again."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und vor allem sicher. Schöner Pool und eine ländliche Anlage zum entspannen. Das Frühstück hat alles, was man erwartet. Eier und Speck werden dabei immer frisch für einen zubereitet. Mein Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Gebäude ist alt, das hat durchaus seinen charme. Die Zimmer sind dabei modernisiert und haben einen coolen Stil. Gefiel mir sehr gut. Alle Mitarbeiter, die ich getroffen habe, waren zu jeder Zeit nett und freundlich."

"Las instalaciones son espectaculares y estan dentro de un entorno fantástico. El edificio es muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y bien conservadas. Sólo tiene un pero, la resrauración. Parece mentira que un hotel de esa calidad ofrezca un servicio de desayuno con alimentos de baja calidad y poca variedad.
