"While the location and actual space was what we were looking for the communication with host was the worst we have experienced. There was a terrible water leak in one of the bathrooms that made it unusable. We messaged the host everyday we were there explaining what was happening and that it was getting worse everyday, we never had a response. "This is so far from the city centre and even public transport is too late in area and regarding hotel is so small and not good service i try to talk with manager but the every time receptionist told me to my manager is not available this time i told regarding improving service or give me a good room but know response. so this is very poor service and area and hotel if i am happy to got my refund thanks"
