I hate it because I don't fully understand it and humans tend to hate or at least be suspicious of things they don't fully know. Art, on the other hand, is something I have a favourable bias towards. It doesn't make me think as much as it makes me feel and I have always gravitated toward this spectrum of humanity. They are seemingly opposites quite often represented as rational and irrational.
