"The staff were all very helpful and friendly… HOWEVER…. The room appeared clean at first. The floors are not carpeted, which is ok until I had walked around the room barefoot a while. I sat down and looked at the bottoms of my feet and they were literally black with floor dirt/grime. It was disgusting! I had to take a shower before even thinking of getting into the bed.
