"Very nice entryway but check in took over 30 minutes just standing in line, not enough staff. Then the elevators were another hassle as we had to wait 4 elevators to actually get on and up to our floor. On our last night there the heat didn’t work nor did our rom phone, so I had to go find housekeeping for an extra blanket because it wouldn’t heat past 67 in the room. Never used the bar, gym or eat breakfast there."
"The location of this property could not be any better. We love being able to walk to restaurants or to Times Square or Central Park and under 15 minutes. It’s also fairly quiet (for midtown) being one block off of fifth Avenue."
