Terrible customer service and very unclean. The tub was not even clean when we arrived in our room. The pool was okay but by the kids area the stairs looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection
Hotel heat in common areas very hot and room temperature was set to 28 when we arrived with no way to cool it off. Wall unit would not cool and windows did not open. Was not possible to sleep in that heat, so we left and were not refunded.

I have been in very many hotels, even Holiday Inns, that offer lower costs but this by far is the best property I have ever stayed in. And I did not even get the best type of room.
