Lift was malfunctioning, (and had been for weeks), hot tub not working properly, no changing facilities in the pool area, grill restaurant not open for 3/4 nights of our stay, breakfast options were basic and unappetising, served in an uninviting small room. Woke up to loud banging and found two people trapped in the fire escape stairwell who could not get to their bedroom floor (linked to lift not working) . Filthy microwave in lobby to heat food up in. "Our stay was fine. The room was clean, beds were comfy. The pillows weren’t great."

"The room was extremely quiet which was wonderful. Our only comment really is that it’s time to do some upgrades. Carpet and couch both showed their wear"
