"Staff was very cordial and pleasant. Great attitude with all guests. When asking them questions, they were attentive and helped when possible. Rooms were neat and very clean. Good size closet and drawers. Has small fridge. Iron and ironing board not in rooms, but available when asked at front desk. There pool is outdoor with access to bathrooms, and with an outdoor rinse shower. It may look small but is cozy. Note: need to ask front desk staff for pool towels. Ran into a little problem with their TV not working and they were quick to address the issue. I am not used to not being able to control AC in the room, but in this hotel, they have their digital room control on locked mode, so you need to asked the staff to adjust it to your liking, (which was a simple phone call) but at least for me, it felt awkward, as you need to bother them several times until you feel comfortable. Parking is limited around the hotel, but they provide you with a parking pass to a nearby guarded Lot on second floor as is designated for hotel guests and walking distance is no more than 2-3/minutes. And for me, that is a normal average hotel parking walk. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, and if I was to return, I would stay here again."
