The room was maintained very well with lights, low battery with keys not working and no telephone working and in addition microwave on lock. "Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. "

The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet.
