"Got to the hotel late night as I travel for work. Checked in, got into my room and right away noticed blood stains on the bed linen and the floor. Could clearly tell the bed linen was never changed and looked like it had been slept in. Hair all on the linen, food stains on floor and side tables. Took my bags back out to the vehicle and immediately went to front desk where they were hesitant about canceling my stay. They did offer an upgraded room but who wants to stay somewhere that is already as unsanitary as this room was. They finally agreed to cancel the stay for me and again were very hesitant about giving me any proof of this matter. After almost a half hour of dealing with attendant and I’m guessing the general manager on the phone, I finally received a generic form of a receipt and an email stating they would give me a refund but still charge me $20 for the hassle. Not at all happy with this particular place and I would never recommend it."
