Loved everything about our stay at The Shining Riverside

Homestay is in the middle of the rice fields and beach on one side and old town of Hoi Ann on the other side. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Would def stay here again.

This is a real gem of a find in Hoi An. Situated in a quiet street only a short walk from the madness of the night market and the Japanese bridge. Staff are incredibly friendly and happy to help with anything you need. Rooms are big , clean, cool (and relatively cheap). We had an amazing stay , thank you to the La A family !

All the staff are incredibly helpful and really make the trip so special. The breakfasts were delicious, the massages in the spa were brilliant, very clean, lovely rooms. We got a special birthday treat too. We loved it and would highly recommend the junior suite with the outdoor shower.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the riverside. It is lovely and quiet, but only a short walk to the centre. The pool is great for a dip after a day exploring. There are a few very nice restaurants very close to the hotel on the riverside. Breakfast was a good start to the day, with plenty of fresh fruit and freshly made egg dishes. The room was large and comfortable.

Vy and Haoi (the couple running it) were amazing; they couldn't do enough for us and made our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable; they even invited us for a home-cooked dinner which was delicious. Everything about the Pomelo Garden Homestay was exactly what we were looking for. I cannot criticise a thing. The homemade passion-fruit jam that accompanied each breakfast was brilliant.

lovely and very helpful staff, great location 5 min away from the old town in a quiet area, clean and comfortable room with a nice view over the river.

Great size room and big balcony Perfect location for beach and the old town

We had a wonderful time at La Uy. Lovely family run hotel .. who coukdnt do more to make sure we had a great stay. Very welcoming ..lovely clean airy room mid way between beach and the old town .. beautiful Hoi An .. highly recommended.

Excellent stay

Fabulous hotel. Very helpful staff. They arranged a Mother's Day cake and flowers for us from our children. Lovely pool. Great breakfast. Near to excellent restaurants. Shuttle into town and free bikes really useful. Highly recommend.

Hotel staff are amazing, everything is close to the hotel

We stayed at the Blue Lake for 4 nights in the garden room. The room was beautiful and clean, almost looked brand new. The family could not have been anymore accommodating and welcoming and would do anything to help. I was very ill one day and they all looked after me and brought me food and water and checked on me throughout the day. The homestay is in the perfect location if you want to visit both the beach and old town, only 10 minutes cycle each way. Having the bicycles was a great advantage...
