"It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....

"I do not recommend this place to any tourist. We had a reservation for two nights. However, when we arrived to check in, we were told that we had lost one of the nights—which was simply not the case. They effectively stole a night from us. The app we used to make the reservation contacted the hotel to extend our stay, but the hotel rejected the request. This resort was a disappointment. I do not recommend it. "I went back and forth on how to rate this resort. There are definitely positives, but a few key issues shaped my experience. The property is well maintained and small enough that it’s easy to navigate.
