"The property was extremely clean and family friendly. Staff members were available everywhere greeting us or asking if we needed anything. The resort has a lot to offer from restaurants and playful activities for the kids. The water park was amazing but we didn't get a chance to check out the outdoor water park since it wasn't open yet."

"outdoor pool was not filled and unable to be used which that’s what we planned to do during the day. had to switch rooms on first night due to no ac. then got double charged somehow for my stay. the woman while checking in was friendly & helpful but not so much the male- when we switched rooms gave us cards that didn’t even work to new room."

"Our air conditioner did not work and when we finally told the front desk on the 2nd day a maintenance person was sent up and he restarted the compressor but unfortunately no cool air came out so we were miserable on our last night there. We told the front desk upon check out and she said she would make a note about it. Not sure what that meant. They did offer another room but it was our last night and we didn’t want to have to pack"

"The room smelled like smoke for non smoking and musty like wet basement. Asthma attack Pool not functioning Breakfast wasn’t offered And the Mountain View was a brick wall."

"Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. Check in is done through a kiosk with no human present, just on video link. The machine takes credit cards, you sign the rental agreement on screen and it prints receipts and dispenses the room card key. The room was clean but the smell in the room was of old cigarettes and what ever noxious chemicals they use as air freshener. there was an immediate physical reaction to this atmosphere that made it impossible for staying there.
