"Ok. First things first. You cannot beat the price of this hotel. I got an ocean front suite for $130 ish. I mean open the back door and the beach is literally 30 feet away. Fantastic. The rooms were clean. They were dated a bit but very clean and comfortable. My unit had a stove, microwave, and pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc. Is it as nice as the $300-$400 a night rooms? No. The pool was outside and warm and not crowded. The hotel is located right by the jetty and Grommet Park so if you park age...

"Having a Beachview was the only nice thing. I spent my vacation there after asking for a smoke room and was told we can smoke on the balcony by a staff member then to be told I couldn't. Then they never came to clean my room, after being there for 2 days ( which I was there for a total of 5 days) they never came to bring me clean towels and wash cloths. "This is a really nice Hampton Inn right on the waterfront with clear view of the ocean, and there's a nice restaurant overlooking it, I don't usually travel and stay at Hampton Inn, but this is one of the handful of Hampton Inns that are really nice and well worth the money and much more affordable. I would stay there again if I am in VA and it's on the quieter side of the Virginia Beach strip on the south end."

The sheets very clean but other than that there was a leak coming from the ceiling, the shower & bath tub were dirty and dingy and things were falling apart. I guess it’s what you pay for but I would strongly discourage you from staying here. You will likely regret it."

I know it a pet friendly hotel but most hotels still have rooms that have not had animals. I have allergies and I had some difficulty with my allergies in the room."
