"We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

We arrived exactly at 3, called the owner, and were told “10 minutes.” In reality, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in the heat before a cleaning lady let us in and the apartment was still not ready. She was still washing, changing bedding, and drying bedsheets while we were there. The biggest issue, however, was the electricity.
