"The quality of the room. The blackout blind was broken so I could not close it. The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash stand in the shower was broken and there is water damage at the bottom of the door framing in the bathroom. The curtain was also very dusty. Overall the rooms need to be of a higher standard, the photos were very misleading. When walking to room 1103 it can be quite jarring to look into the service area and sometimes the doors were wide open looking into the service area."

"The property is very nice but it is being somewhat renovated. Bed was really nice as well as linen, loved having a Nespresso machine in my room and nice walk in shower !
Overall a good stay with only one issue and that was the shuttle bus. The rudest driver EVER and was so unhelpful with baggage! I was traveling by myself and the gentleman riding with us was lovely enough to help me! The hotel needs to address this !"

"I came from Japan, and they let me leave my luggage with them starting the morning of my check-in. They also accommodated my request to skip breakfast on my last day, and whenever I had a little trouble, the staff immediately asked, “What’s the matter?” It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much!"

"I booked this stay for some much needed relaxation. I was given an upgrade to a suite, however there was no bath unlike the room I had booked for this specific reason. The staff found us an alternative room which was meant to have a bath, however it also didn't. As we had a dinner reservation to get to, we just settled for the suite. The aircon kept defaulting to heating which made for a difficult night sleep and a visit to the reception at 4am for assistance. I had trouble again the second...

"We only stayed overnight between flights but was great for our time there. It was an easy 12 minute walk to/from the airport and communication made directions and check in very easy. We were given drink vouchers but the cafe wasn’t open during the hours we were there so couldn’t use them. Room and bathroom were decently sized. Shower was very hot with good water pressure. Didn’t hear a lot of noise, though the smoke alarm above the bed flashed which was slightly annoying when trying to sleep....
