They have all possibilities to be a great hotel. But, they need to improved restaurant service and food quality. Also, mattress needs to be better selection. Mattress in my room was too hard. This hotel room are nice.

We asked for a pet friendly room and the room was filthy, very dusty, there were 2 rugs in the room by the beds that were very dirty. Even the hallways were filthy. The room smelled really bad. Their breakfast wasn't very good. The noise from the street was insane, we couldn't sleep.

O hotel não é ruim mas falta manutenção no quarto, piso de madeira velho demais, além disso, havia uma reunião da família dos donos do hotel no final de semana e isso deu a sensação de estarmos em uma festa a qual não havíamos (e não fomos) o que causou um enorme constrangimento para nós e tenho certeza que para os outros hospedes também pois a festa era o dia inteiro na piscina e nas outras áreas comuns.

Éramos noivos ficando em uma suite paga 100% sem nenhum tipo de desconto, mesmo o hotel estando cheio por nossos convidados. Não haviam nem 2 toalhas no quarto para o casal na nossa noite de nupcias. Durante a noite chamei a recepção para solicitar mais agua, pois havia sido consumido tudo e não atenderam. Serviço fraco, e o quarto bem mediano, mesmo pagando a suite mais luxuosa.
