Tudo muito limpo e organizado, a Equipe muito competente e muito dedicada, sem falar do chefe de cozinha, as comidas do café da manhã ele quem faz tudo, desde as geleias orgânicas, a torta de alho poró, torta de frango, e tudo mais um pouco. Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito, funcionários prestativos sempre com um sorriso no rosto e prontos para auxiliar. Nossa suite era fantástica, vista muito bonita, no quarto tudo funcionando perfeitamente não temos nada para reclamar, unica observação seria o pacote de canais da tv, por ser uma suite premium merecia todos canais liberados. Telecine, HBO,.... apenas essa observação, restante foi tudo perfeito. Muito obrigado equipe Annecy, ate breve.

Bem razoável… ao hotel não tem calefação, é gelado!! Quarto sem nenhum aconchego. O corredor dos quartos, piso frio…aí qdo falei na recepção que deveriam colocar um tapete…que era muito frio, a resposta foi:” ah, é muito difícil, tem que limpar!” O valor pago não consigo com o que é oferecido… não vale!
