Outstanding hotel. My only complaint is it’s so far away from everything. But some people might prefer that. I had mentioned I was visiting Brazil and was really wanted to taste a great feijoada and the chef went off menu and made me probably the best feijoada with all the works. Was excellent

O hotel é incrível. A infraestrutura é completa e muito bem planejada. A equipe do hotel é muito educada e simpática, sem duvidas eles são um dos pontos altos do Botanique. Ficamos no chalé Keike e ele é maravilhoso.. tem um jardim no meio da floresta com uma jacuzzi. O quarto era bem amplo e a cama muito confortável. As demais áreas do chalé também são muito bonitas e amplas. Levamos o nosso cachorro e ele foi muito bem tratado, deram caminha e potinhos de água e comida para ele. A comida do restaurante é uma experiencia a parte. A comida é excelente.. os drinks também são maravilhosos. Realmente é uma experiencia completa. O hotel está realmente no meio da natureza e é possível contemplar a natureza em todos os ambientes e cômodos. Se você quiser paz, tranquilidade, ar puro e boa comida, aqui é o lugar!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, durante uma época de poucos hóspedes. Equipe muito cordial e atenciosa, café da manhã uma delícia, instalações também muito adequadas. Sugeriria apenas que houvesse espelho de corpo inteiro na nossa villa (friso que providenciaram um assim que mencionei) e um ventilador na sala de TV, pois somente o quarto tem ar condicionado. Porém, em épocas de frio, haveria zero necessidade. A villa que ficamos é bem gostosa, mas a vista é para a mata mais densa. Se desejar vista para a montanha, acredito que os quartos da sede proporcionarão.

Considerando a proposta e posicionamento do hotel esperávamos uma experiência incrível. Quando chegamos num calor de 38 graus nos ofereceram agua quente de boas vindas. Não pediram nada por whats para antecipação do checkin o que é bem comum hoje. Pediram o cartão na chegada e me avisaram que eu verificasse meu limite q já que era um hotel caro, vai que o meu limite não desse para a hospedagem - só que já estava paga desde fevereiro.O local é muito bonito e o hotel confortavel, mas a limpeza e4 o cuidado do local deixam a desejar, não sendo compativel com a proposta do hotel. Tudo é bem caro, mas se fosse bem executado faria sentido - o que não é. Fomos de lua de mel e não houve, em momento nenhum, menção do hotel sobre isso. Erraram o ponto do risoto entregando a 180 reais um arroz aguado como sopa. Os funcionários se esforçam mas falta claramente treinamento e cuidado - que pode ser explicado pela saida do six sense da parceria do hotel. Academia pequena e antiga, piscina sem serviço, rasa - local mais fundo bate na cintura - e sem limpeza. Infelizmente não vale o que cobram.
