Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc. All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours. They offer complimentary breakfast (that is excellent, by the way), and a five o'clock tea with all items you can think of. Finally, to make the stay even more pleasant, upon checking out, they gave me a bag with water and snacks for the trip back.

Infelizmente o quarto q fiquei acomodado,lado Parque/rua,nao dava para abrir a porta por causa da Zuada de carros e movimento no park! Hotel sinaliza ar condicionado,,nao tem,,vce tem que pedir um climatizador!!!!!!!!!!estar completamente errado conforme apresentacao neste Site.

Razoável, achei a acústica dos quartos ruim, além do restaurante fechar as 22h e não ser informado na hora do check in, então caso a pessoa precise de algo para se alimentar, não terá nada, como foi meu caso. Não vale o preço cobrado.

Hotel gostoso, mas pelo valor esperava mais. O quarto achei um pouco antigo. Tem outros hotéis em campos que vale mais a pena pelo mesmo valor. Os funcionários são excelentes, super bem treinados e educados. A pizza do restaurante é sensacional, vale muito a pena experimentar. O parque enfrente o hotel é maravilhoso! Uma diária foi o suficiente para nós, não ficaria mais do isso, pelo custo-benefício.

Me surpreendeu, amamos o hotel, muito lindo, limpeza impecável, café da manhã sensacional, chá da tarde com várias opções de doces lindos e gostosos, e opções de salgado que é ótimo, os dois não deixam a desejar nos dias de semana, pelo contrário superaram minhas expectativas. Atendimento desde a recepção até o zelador são simpáticos e atenciosos. Amei tudo no hotel, só a piscina que não é aquecida, mas climatizada, gosto meu, voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel maravilhoso,fica localizado em uma região de parque,com muita natureza,super bonito e bem cuidado.Tem piscina,SPA,academia.Os funcionários são extremamente educados e gentis,nos tratam com muita cordialidade.Serviço excelente,fomos recebidos com uma bandeja de frutas e uma ganache de chocolate,café da manhã e chá da tarde deliciosos,os itens do frigobar(água,água de coco,chocolates e snacks)estão incluídos na diária.Aos sábados oferecem como cortesia uma feijoada e uma pizza à noite.Para finalizar,na hora do check-out nos presentearam com uma sacolinha com água,chocolates e biscoitos para comermos durante a nossa viagem,foram muito delicados!!! Voltaremos!!!!!
