Hotel bom comida excelente localização excelente conservação das instalações médio e uma observação que fiz nesta e em outras reservas os quartos fornecidos são os piores localizados por vezes tenho que fazer um upgrade por minha conta para ficar mais confortável.

Difícil acesso e barulhenta

Uma escada imensa pra acessar a pousada, quartos pequenos e sem frigobar, escutamos tudo que acontece no outro quarto ou na recepção, hóspedes barulhentos, garagem com pouquíssimas vagas, o carro dormiu na rua, recepcionistas muito atenciosos, café da manhã média, boa localização, não voltaria pela dificuldade de acesso, falta de conforto e principalmente o barulho que até mais de meia noite havia crianças brincando no corredor!

Ficamos eu e mais duas famílias na porta do hotel por uns 30 minutos, pois o recepcionista estava dormido, só consiguimos entrar pois um dos hospedeis pulou o muro e abriu o portão, não tem ar condicionado e nem mesmo um ventilador, única coisa que presta é o café, uma escadaria gigante para subir com as malas, resumindo hotel é péssimo.

Ótimo custo/benefício

Pousada muito boa! Café da manhã ótimo. Ainda recebemos a cortesia de um café da tarde. Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. Acesso fácil à avenida principal. As acomodações são simples, mas a contento. O quarto não possui frigobar, mas a copa possui uma geladeira que nos permitiram usar. Não há ventilador ou ar no quarto, mas não me fez falta, embora tenha estado na cidade no verão de janeiro. O clima de Campos do Jordão é maravilhoso e senti até um pouquinho de frio de madrugada.

Estadia ótima, boa localização, atendimento impecável, cadê da manhã muito bom!! Deixou a desejar nos canais de tv, pois não possuem tv a cabo só canais abertos digitais e com mal tempo não pega nada, ficamos 1 dia todo no quarto visto mal tempo q estava e não pegava nenhum canal. Quarto todo em carpete, pra quem tem rinite alérgica não recomendo
