Hotel tem boa estrutura, limpeza e atendimento muito bom e boa comida. O quarto é muito pequeno, fiquei na categoria luxo mas vi que mesmo na categoria acima é pequeno, o valor é exagerado, não vale o custo-beneficio, há diversas pousadas e hoteis melhores por esse preço a única acomodação boa são os bangalows que são bem mais caros. No Check-in me deram a chave do quarto ao lado indevidamente, no deles haviam até uma garrafa de champagne que no meu nao tinha, o chuveiro estava com defeito, a maçaneta saia na mão e pingava, o som da TV sumia quando trocava de canal

O hotel tem tudo para ser muito top! Mas infelizmente nossa experiência foi satisfatória. Tivemos problema com o aquecimento do nosso quarto que só foi resolvido no dia seguinte…para uma estadia de fds, não é o ideal. Café da manhã de domingo com 40 minutos de espera para vir uma omelete…acho q não faz sentido oferecer esse tipo de serviço, depõe contra a excelência de atendimento. Funcionários atenciosos, mas infelizmente não funcionou para a minha família. Espero que outras pessoas tenham mais sorte…pq as instalações, roupa de cama e espaço é muito legal! Mas não voltaria novamente! Muito caro para o q oferece…

Super emocionante com avós e netos

Minha estadia foi ótima ,tivemos a oportunidade de voltar depois de 30 anos agora com dois netos ,foi muito emocionante! Hotel butique bem estruturado,café da manhã super completo,tudo feito na hora,frutas e pães frescos,geleias da estação .roupa de cama e banho da mais refinado possível com menu de travesseiros um luxo . Recomendo para quem não se importa de pagar 4 mil em uma diária ,vale a pena pelo serviço e qualidade!

Mau localizado, baixo Capivari. Quarto frio, sem tapetes, decoração, apertado, não tinha o que estava descrito e que estava nas fotos. Restante das instalações são bem agradáveis, atendimento bom, cozinha fraca, bem fraca. É um 4 estrelas no máximo. Não vale o preço cobrado. Decepcionou.

Serviço nota 10. Hotel com poucos quartos, bom para descansar. O ponto negativo foi o aquecimento da água da piscina, que não estava funcionando. Assim, não considero bom custo x benefício.

Great Hotel!

Staff members were super polite and well trained. Service was impeccable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Recommend ordering their cheese fondue!

Fantástico

Amei e com toda certeza voltarei lá. Hotel lindo, super limpo e confortável. Funcionários extremamente educados, fazem tudo para que sua estadia seja perfeita.Bem próximo ao centrinho de Campos do Jordão, onde é bem badalado, sem perder o charme e a privacidade.

Natureza c/ conforto, requinte e bom atendimento

Foi uma experiência muito agradável!! Tivemos dias de muito descanso e em contato com a natureza, conforme desejávamos. O hotel é novo e é muito bonito e de bom gosto, o quarto que ficamos (sem banheira) era muito bom, chuveiro excelente. Há poucas unidades com a banheira e, por isso, elas acabam muito rápido. Não usei o spa, mas achei os valores um pouco “salgados”. O café da manhã tem poucas opções no buffet (td servido por algum garçom deles, evitando assim, a contaminação dos alimentos), mas apesar de poucas opções, tudo muito gostoso. O atendimento dos funcionários é um show a parte! Todos foram muito solícitos e educados, nos sentimos muito bem cuidados. Sobre a limpeza, a do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, após a arrumação o chão ficou sujo, como se tivessem lassado um pano sujo que mais sujou do que limpou, mas nada que tenha prejudicado a excelente experiência. O contato com a natureza é real, o hotel tem uma trilha própria com muita mata, flores e pássaros, há esquilos que vem comer na sua mão... maravilhoso! Foi um final de semana muito agradável e queremos voltar em breve!
