"I enjoyed staying here during my last night in Spain. Not far from the airport so it made sense for a smooth departure. Beautiful property, I ate at the restaurant for dinner and was very disappointed in the food & the service. That’s my one and only complaint."

"We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and attended wedding. This hotel was the main stay for all the wedding guests. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and forgot our shopping bag. But upon checking up soon, our bags were gone. We know, the hotel: restaurant staff took them. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful in helping us or reviewing the cameras. This gave a very unpleasant experience. For a hotel of this caliber, we didn’t expect this outcome. I guess, we just had to be careful....

"Terrible Customer Service. Actually, probably amongst the worst we've encountered internationally. Extremely dirty. Saw bed bug looking things. Definitely a hard pass. If I had to do it over again, I'd stay away from airport for like 1/4 f the price. When an establishment has such terrible customer service and disregard for their customers, it's a shame and really not something that should be a part of hospitality."

"Room was well equipped, spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and well presented. We did not use the shuttle to the airport but noted it ran regularly. We did not make use of the undercover self parking (cost e15) and parked on the street."

"This property was in a great location, close to shopping and some fast food type restaurants. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar. If you are staying on a Sunday, there is no shopping available in the area as everything is closed. My only disappointment is the pool shown in the photos is not included with your stay and was an extra 12 euros. You will also need to purchase a bathing cap as well. The shuttle to the airport was included and very comfortable."

"The hotel was generally good, but a few improvements would make it better. A small fridge in the room would be helpful, even in standard rooms. The bathroom design could be improved, as water from the bathtub spreads easily. Also, there was a slight smell, possibly from bedding not being fully dry. Overall, a good stay with some small issues to fix."
