Hotel murah di Can Serra

"My wife ordered room service. She waited, no food. She walked down to lobby, no phone in room, and the food was waiting there. No one told her that she had to pick it up. Room service I guess doesn’t mean service to your room. It was cold by then. After checking out we discovered that the hotel charged her credit card for the room even though we had paid in advance through Expedia. Sent several messages to the hotel but they will not respond. Is this typical in Spain or is this just a horrible...

"The hotel is clean and well maintained but it is very far away from downtown and very little amenities around it. Not much to do close to this location Also the rooms are very small and not much room for storage for our family of 4. For this reason, I would not stay here again."

"Facility’s carport, at least on the first floor needs to be change, all wear and some tears and spots that looks terrible and kind feel running away. However staff and rooms were excellent and clean. "

"Rooms were cleaned well everyday unless otherwise stipulated. Staff was helpful; front desk could use a bit more customer service training always helpful but with some unnecessary attitude. Transit connection was great and some university amenities were available to guests like laundry facilities. Might be nice to have a “golf cart” type is access on days when guests are leaving with luggage that use the transit system. It’s a 10-15 min walk… I was very happy overall and will stay there again….."

L'unico neo è a causa mia. In tutti gli hotel in cui soggiorno trovo difficoltà nell'utilizzo dell'aria condizionata. Per fortuna non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ma siamo sicuri che se avessimo chiesto ci avrebbero aiutato. Lontano dal centro di Barcellona ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici."

"The room was nothing like advertised, bed was small to the point that at 5'8 my feet were hanging off the bed not to mention it was hard as a rock, the fridge didnt work and the safe didnt even have a key. There was 0 sound proofing between rooms. You could hear the door to the elevator slam shut no matter what floor it was on throughout the night so we did not sleep at all. There was children screaming past midnight in the terrace area and the staff did nothing to quiet them down. We booked...
