"Everything was fine although I was charged $160 for 2 nights valet parking for a car i never had. Thankfully they listened to my reasoning and refunded the money after a couple of emails challenging the charge."

"The hotel and staff were very friendly and clean. The best part was the location, just a short walk from Boston Common, the Freedom Trail, and more. The two restaurants at the hotel were very good. A breakfast place with amazing coffee and a Peruvian restaurant that was completely enjoyable!. We have added the Godfrey to future visits to Boston."

"Paid over USD 450 for a night which is equivalent to the quality and standard for Quality Inn which cost USD 110 a night. The room and bed is so so and not comfortable. Very thin mattress and pillows. Hard to sleep. Do not book this Hyatt Regency if you don’t need to stay in the Chinatown area. I do not recommend this hotel. I give it a two stars."

"I had an excellent experience with the Yankee Inn. The room was updated and the house keeping was excellent. The location was good and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Very helpful desk staff. Clean but small room (more "cozy" than I'm used to). Good location; relatively easy to find for an out-of-towner. Because I was leaving early, I was unable to sample the continental breakfast."

"No refund when the hot water was out and no ac. Asked to change rooms, but they said I would have the same issue. Checked out early, asked for refund for the nights I didn’t used. Did not happen."
