The Dagny Boston

The Dagny Boston

10/10 Excellent
"The Dagny has excellent customer service. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Kleenex’s, lotion, a few q-tips and cotton balls. We even had a mishap with deodorant and they were able to furnish us with a small travel size deodorant, which was very appropriated. The location of the Dagny is wonderful. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions, Walgreens, CVS, and train/ subway, and bus station. We only utilized The Tradesmen Coffee Shop and it was very convenient and the food and drinks were very good. It is busy but the line moves quickly and we were always able to get a table."

Seaport Hotel Boston

Seaport Hotel Boston

10/10 Excellent
"Great location. Safe and clean. Perfect view of the harbor. Only complaint is they need to lose the automated phone call line when trying to reach the bellman or front desk. Called for bags using their robot and it never connected to a live human. Human touch is key in customer service. So lose the automation. Took about 35 min to get a bellman to come for the bags."

Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO

Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO

8/10 Good
"Checking in after a long drive was not the easiest - or the best - the supervisor should have called someone in to help assist clients who were checking in as there was a long delay with another couple checking in. But she must have been having a bad day because she just walked away. The hotel is in a wonderful spot - the room was great ... but the bed was awful - we read the bed was 'memory foam,' - but it was terribly worn out. The room was exquisite with a wonderful view though. The people in Quebec City are all amazingly kind, hospitable, and the food - spectacular - the shoppes - awesome. Even driving through Quebec the drivers are courteous, accommodating when switching lanes, and they do the speed limit! Over all - the cost was EXPENSIVE - but it was worth it. We tried to stay anohter night but they were sold out."
