"Best thing about this property was the location. Centrally located and walking distance to everything. Pool area looked nice but was mobbed at all times. Room was nice, bathroom a little eh/dirty. Front desk staff was friendly but cleaning staff was very rude. At one point we came back from lunch and it must have been the time the rooms were being switched out but a huge pile of dirty towels was blocking the hallway and the woman standing there did not even acknowledge us in any way and made all four of us walk through the towering dirty towel pile. Other cleaning staff seemed to always be in one of the elevators and would not move in or acknowledge others as they tried to get in so we had to wait several times for an elevator free of cleaning staff as they wouldn’t let us in. Really the most rude cleaning staff I’ve ever encountered!"

"The room was great and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful,and professional. The free breakfast was ok , If the free breakfast was not what you were looking for, the restaurant was great, and had lots of choices. The shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful."
