"Rooms were clean, comfortable, great location. Women’s area does not have a sauna, only steam room. Expedia did not confirm the reservation, however, the hotel staff accommodated us and checked in during a busy week. "

"While the architecture and room were certainly pleasing, the staff was less than helpful. I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."
