Check in time is 1:00 pm. No one in the office. They never answer the phone. Air conditioner was not working. My reservation was not valid even though I got confirmation. One person is not communicating with the other . Couldn’t pay with a card. Had to pay cash.

For the cost of the condominium there is no plus reception, it is very austere, the conditions of some things such as towels do not have that plus, they are not washed with fabric softeners, they look like sandpand, the air conditioning was blocked, not even courtesy water has, the soap ...
