"This hotel is tired. The pillows are great, but the beds are old. I wouldn’t call this the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is nice. It is located next to a highway, but I could not hear It-so that was good! Not bad for one night. The morning I left, my floor smelled like cigarettes. I enjoyed the waffle maker and cereal choices for breakfast. If I came back, I would not stay there again though due to it feeling old and dirty."

"Way too much fragrance used in the room. Room felt damp and muggy. While showering, realized that the bathroom fan doesn’t even work. Then realized that there was mold everywhere along the shower area where the tile meets and ceiling, and in the tile grout, so it appears that the bathroom fan has not been removing excess moisture for quite some time. (This was in room 411)."

"The room and the whole hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool could have been cleaner but it was ok. This is the first hotel I've been in that didn't even have complimentary coffee in the lobby. There's a very over-priced Cafe on site. They had the cheapest coffee pot I've ever seen in the room. We had the handicap accessible room and the shower was awful! There's no way to take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom. Also the shower head needs an instruction manual. Overall I thought it was a decent hotel but the extras just weren't there."

"We needed one night to get halfway to our destination. It’s an older place but it did the job. Although, our door had some gaps on the side and bottom and we could hear everything outside. Room was big and comfy for the myself and daughter. Breakfast was a bonus and they served at 6am on Saturday! So thankful for that. Not sure if I would choose this place again. Employees were pleasant, nothing that would give them “gold stars” "

"Very disappointed with our stay. We specifically asked for a quiet room and were given a room with AC equipment for the hotel and other rooms right in front of our window . View of a rooftop with air conditioning units right on it. It was so loud all night, none of us were sleeping. The AC inside of our room was insanely loud and made strange noises. When turned off, we heard the AC units outside our window and our neighbour’s AC all night. For the price we payed it definitely was NOT worth it. It’s very disappointing as we have used this chain of hotels in the past with only good experiences. We had a horrible stay at this one."

"When you book online, they do not tell you about $100 cash deposit needed when arriving there and then the guy refused to give you a receipt for $100 if we lived in a perfect world that will make perfect sense but we don’t I fought for my receipt and never got it.. I did get my hundred dollars back and went on my way. The three days I stayed there was only to sleep cause I had things already planned but the place could use some cleaning. I went one night with just one towel when they were two of us in a room, elevators, slow and looks scary."
