A quiet retreat a short walk from historic Antibes

Fabulous!

This was our last stop on a three week vacation. We picked La Jabotte based on the excellent reviews we read. We received a warm welcome from our hosts, Natalie and Pierre. the hotel is a short walk from the beach. All the rooms open onto a central garden area. There are plenty of tables and chairs for reading and relaxing. The rooms are small but tastefully decorated and have all the amenities. Our hosts made us feel at home. They offered great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. We had difficulty with our credit card and Natalie helped us make an international call to the bank. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better place to wind down and relax.

3 skønne nætter på La Jabotte - lille, men hyggeligt værelse og super seng. Lækker morgenmad ved eget bord i gårdhaven lige uden for dit værelse. 2 min.gang til fin sandstrand. Personlig og varm service - vi må bare tilbage!

Very cute, comfortable and cosy establishment. Excellent service. Stayed in the suite which was nice, but not very spacious. Very tasty and enjoyable breakfast. We would love to come again!

Lovely hotel steps from the beach

Room was lovely. Pictures don't do it justice. Rooms are located behind the main house with about 9 other bungalow style rooms. Each room had a small table out front for eating breakfast which was an adorable touch. Be sure to review each rooms amenities. The room we booked didn't have a restroom inside but did have a shower in the room. The restroom was only steps away though and nobody else has access. So it was not an issue for us. The hotel is steps away from the public beach which was not overcrowded whatsoever as well as a handful of restaurants near by. The hotel also provides beach umbrellas, frisbee's, beach chairs and beach mats for guest use at no cost. Delicious breakfast is provided at an additional cost. Its also important to note, that since they have a small bar in the hotel garden, they do not allowed outside drinks in the hotel with the exception of water. The host was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. She was very welcoming.

Dejligt ophold

Hotellet har en super beliggenhed lige ved en god men noget crowded strand. Værelset var komfortabelt men lidt småt. Men kunne gå til Antibes' gamle by på 15 minutter. Hotellets ejer er meget sød og hjælpsom med at vejlede omkring aktiviteter i området. Man kan gå mange gode ture men der er noget hektisk at køre bil og parkere i byen om sommeren synes jeg. Vi nød vores 5 dage i Antibes på La Jabotte.

Sweet hotel in Antibes

We stayed on Fri/Sat in mid-January. Weather was chilly so we couldn't enjoy the lovely outdoor common area as much as we wanted. The mimosa tree was blooming early with beautiful yellow flowers. Breakfast is continental and very nicely presented. It's 12 euros. The yogurt and cappuccino were delicious. The room was small (not unusual for Europe), but there was a big closet and the room met our needs. I didn't realize there was no TV, but we had WIFI and used our IPad. We were sightseeing so it wasn't a problem. Nathalie recommended great restaurants and things to do in our short time. It's a 15 minutes walk to Vieille Ville. Just a good stretch of the legs and perfect for walking off a big meal. Parking is tight, but Pierre and Nathalie are terrific at directing. It was an enjoyable stay.

Charming, friendly and relaxing hotell in Antibes

10 minutes walk south of the old city of Antibes and only 50 metres from the beach lies La Jabotte, a small and charming hotel. Natalie and Pierre runs the hotel with a smiling and friendly attitude. Small rooms surrounding a relaxing and quiet patio. The atmosphere of the hotel is contemplative, and when you leave you are already making plans for the next stay.

Cozy hotel for beach/sightseeing in antibes

Charming and welcoming.

This is one of the most friendly and charming hotels we've stayed at. Full of local character and in a beautiful area. Near a fantastic beach. Lovely little garden which is unusual near the coast.
