"Small, boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and common spaces. Breakfasts on the patio were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, but only about a 10 minute walk down to the central area of town. There is no dedicated parking and the street it is on is closed to cars (pedestrian and cafe seating only), but it wasn't hard to find street parking nearby (free) and then bring our luggage inside. Alessandra, the manager, was so welcoming and had great recommendations."

"This is my third trip to Noto and my first trip here traveling by myself and not with my family. As such, I thoroughly enjoyed my beautiful room, a pleasant eight minute walk from all of my favorite restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast included in the room price at the bar down the street is wonderful, everyone there is so friendly."

"Very convenient hotel, good service, staffs are very helpful. Gave us a lot of great recommendations for restaurants. Room is very nice. Love the window that brings the sunlight into room. A lot of open spaces outside of the room, also, the little backyard for the breakfast is very lovely too"

"Stefano was very accomodating , helped with luggages on arrival and departure, since no cars are allowed on the street during the day. Great location , beautiful roof top , and delicious breakfast. Will definetly return. "

"So it was hard To check in because the address on the website is 14, but access to the B&B is through 16. The numbers listed on the front of #14 are non functioning. It was really hard to check in and until the host answered the message through the website we were not able to check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although no blankets were provided and it was very cold in the room. Stayed 2 nights, the host was very nice and breakfast was great!!!"

"Very comfortable stay at this beautiful property. Clean and bright. Great water pressure for shower and toilette. Walking distance to the beautiful white sandy Fontane Bianchi beach. Very thoughtful picnic basket full of goodies provided by the wonderful hostess. "
