"I flew into phoenix, as I am driving towards the property I start to notice the area is a bit sketch. I then see the property and start to question where I had reserved my stay. As I am checking in the young man at reception is not friendly. On the wall behind the reception there are all these signs like; No one within a 45 mile radius will be allowed to check in, no one other than guests in guest rooms and breakfast cannot be taken to rooms, that was amongst other signages. I get checked in....

"Property was okay. The room was not super clean (found chewed dried gum on wall under the bedside table and pull out sofa was a little gross). and the room was a little outdated and worn. However, our stay was pleasant and I would stay again. "

"This property is pretty close to the airport. We had a late check-in and called ahead to inform them. Check-in went well. The property is old with outdated furniture and fixture. The shower pressure is the best thing about them. I liked the accent chair in the room compared to the flagstaff country inn that had just table and chair. Breakfast is basic and uninteresting. The property has free onsite parking.
Total experience wasn’t worth the price we paid. "

"The room was clean, and the beds were fair. Could have used an additional blanket and better pillows. When we first walked in, the room was freezing! The air conditioning was super loud, and regardless of what we did, it would not quiet down.
The bathroom was okay. No conditioner in the shower - empty. The quality of soap, shampoo, etc., was cheap. Consider using a better brand, and be sure all canisters are full after each visitor.
The constant drip in the tube faucet was irritating. ...

"Beautiful Hotel, staff was excellent. Clarissa was so very helpful. We loved her! We absolutely love the fact that you have a shuttle to take us back-and-forth to the airport and especially on short notice. Only drawback was the pool was extremely cold!, Needs to be heated and it got quite dirty. Needs to have a cleaner vacuum placed in the pool 24/7."
