"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "We traveled with our one-year-old, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Getting around with the stroller wasn’t always easy, but it was manageable. However, we found the staff could have been more helpful on a couple of occasions. One evening, we needed some bubble bath liquid and called reception, but we were told that we had to come and collect it ourselves. With a baby, this meant a 10-minute walk to reception late at night, which wasn’t particularly convenient. Another issue was when we were checking out and needed some help with our luggage, but unfortunately, there was no one available to assist us. Aside from these situations, most of our stay was good, and we enjoyed our time there overall."
