"On arrival we received a very warm welcome, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and bright, bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. The only downside was the smell of drains not only in our room but around the hotel I think there must have been some sort of an issue as there were a maintenance team looking at this on day 2 of our stay. But dont let this put you off. The breakfast is a must, so well presented and plenty of choice."

"Great hotel we had a suite which was massive and perfect Very clean and lovely friendly helpful staff The hot food was average on an all inclusive but we found something every day to eat on the buffet. Pedestrianised boulevard in front on the beach and sea with excellent bars restaurants and cafes Very chilled hotel nice pool areas and plenty of sun beds Valentina the entertainment team was great fun We had a lovely few days at the hotel blue skies and warm sun with all the fun or chill of Ibiza"

"I liked the Vibra Calima apartments because they are away from the centre of San Antonio and very close to a lovely small beach with white sand and a perfectly safe bay for swimming in the clear water. Supermarkets are very close. Lovely bars and restaurants on the promenade, all less than 5 minutes walk. The apartment was cleaned and given fresh towels every day. There is nothing I would want to fault with this hotel, I would definitely stay again, "

"Very enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean, bar and pool downstairs very welcoming and location good. Only criticism is the reception is not 24 hours and we had to self check in and out- that said the bags were put away. I did not like that there was no room available for people who were on later flights. Because of those had to get a shower at the side of the pool with our suitcases but in terms of value and location this is a small price to pay and the location and price and size outweighed fir us...

"The amenities are excellent. However, scored slightly lower due to a couple of things; No English channels on the television No English breakfast tea in the room Breakfast staff don’t allow you to take food out of the restaurant at breakfast, for instance a banana for later that morning. I understand a lot of food, but exceptions could be made for the odd item as we have paid for the service after all. A note to clients indicating whether we are getting the new part of the hotel rooms or refurbed part on checkout and an option would be nice, unsure whether a higher rate is charged for those rooms or not. I didn’t know until I arrived and someone told me you aren’t in the newer rooms of the Abrat you’ve been put in the older section. Overall, great location, staff are very attentive and go out of their way to help. I was grateful of the option of the lady making fresh omelettes otherwise breakfast buffet style wouldn’t have been that appealing to me as never very hot. Would certainly go back there! Thank you."

"Great location, very central but just far away for peace and quiet, walkingbfystance to bus station, shops, post office and restaurants. The hotel is an older building but with bright clean refurbished rooms. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely large Pool area just across the road. Breakfast is good, everything you need, nothing too fancy. I had dinner one night and thought the food was good, buffet style. I slept very well and was very relaxed. "

"Excellent hotel lovely staff,rooms and very nice pool area. Just a minute walk from the promenade which takes you into the port. The area is relaxed and quite at this time of the year. The food was very good with an excellent choice for breakfast comfortably beds and a great shower, we had a lovely side view of the sea. We would definitely stay here again"

"Immaculate, well-maintained property with an equally wonderful host and representative. The villa is located in a very calm and tranquil part of the island. We stayed here for a hen party, and it was an ideal setting for the occasion. All amenities were fully functional, and the property was exceptionally clean, with many unique features that made the stay feel special. The outdoor showers were a fantastic touch. Before, during, and after our visit, we stayed in close contact with Fatima, who was extremely professional, attentive, and hands-on throughout. Everyone at Serendi Villas deserves full credit for delivering such an outstanding experience."
