"Never saw anyone as regards staff. Check in/out was easy once had right code for key box. Room was adequate for price. Bed was comfy, could do with better pillows though. "

"We booked a ground floor room as my wife has mobility issues and Chloe called me to say all was organised but when we booked in on the Saturday afternoon was told no ground rooms were available so my wife had to struggle up and down stairs all weekend. We were told when we checked in it was bad luck for us. Staff not very helpful or friendly so we decided not to get meals at the hotel "

"The Henry Jones hotel is a lovely place to spend your days in Hobart. The rooms are large and have a nice view of the harbor. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again if in Hobart. "

"The apartment is a good size and very clean and comfortable. There is also a small balcony with a good view. The apartment is round the corner from salamanca place, so straight into the lively atmosphere, good restaurants, shops and bars. Have used these before and will use again, you have to check in at the Lenna hotel opposite which is fine, the young lady there i dealt with was very good and pleasant. "
