Sandwiched between iconic Table Mountain and the sparkling Atlantic, this coastal city offers dramatic hikes and penguin-spotting at Boulders Beach. Don't miss the colourful Bo-Kaap area before driving the spectacular Chapman's Peak route to sample wines in nearby Stellenbosch.
Loved the Dorp’s quirkiness and overall atmosphere. The rooms and bed very comfortable and well equipped. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property with amazing staff. Can’t recommend enough. 8 mins walk into camps bay; yes it’s a hill but think of it as your steps for the day plus you get the views of the bay as you drop down. Breakfast really fab plus pool area lovely. 5 stars to all the staff there

Fantastic stay here. Comfortable and clean. Fantastic buffet menu and marvellous staff. Great decor and very relaxing. Nice to have filtered water taps in the corridors. Parking for disabled was right outside the hotel. Gym was small but useful. Lots of tasty restaurants around the area. So cheap to jump into an UBER to visit Cape Town waterfront

We really enjoyed our stay with Zest, from lovely welcoming staff who greeted us with an ice cold drink when we were sweaty from a long plane ride, to a delicious breakfast, to a very comfortable room. The hotel is eco-conscious too so it's even better to know your stay is doing good by people and planet.

Me and my wife stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even left rose petals and sparkling wine in the room for us. The hotel has a very classic and stylish feel and contrary to other reviews which state noise being a problem we had no issues at all.

This was an amazing place to stay during our time on Cape Town. The main thing that stands out is the staff, they are helpful beyond measure and will go above and beyond, with enthusiasm and personality. They genuinely care about their guests and will do whatever they can to help, including assisting in itineraries and bookings. From the security who helps you in the evening, to the guys that cook and serve you breakfast, to the gardener, to the guys that clean the room and front of house who...

Arrived earlier than the official check in time to be met by the friendliest hotel reception we have ever experienced! The reception area itself was stunning, great views over the beach and a relaxing bar to watch the sunsets. Everywhere was spotless, very modern and comfortable. Our room (202) was great, with views of the mountains from one side of the balcony and the beach on the other. I could have sat on the balcony all day to be honest (the room came with a fridge stocked with beer and...

Very friendly check in at the hotel - gave us a full tour and showed us the key features in the room. Excellent club lounge with drinks and nibbles during happy hour. Comfortable and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel in every way. The staff are the best I've ever known. Nothing is too much trouble and they all have a very friendly manner. The Concierge staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. The Hotel is perfect for ease of trips around the Cape and is only 5 mins walk from the V & A Waterfront. If I had to think of one thing that I was disappointed in, it was that the pool was very small. No good for swimming, more of a plunge pool but still very relaxing. Food was wonderful. Truly one of the most special places in the world, no place like it. Incredible setting, delicious food and top attention to detail. Patrick and Lamla (spelling?) were terrific and looked after us like family, even driving out to buy me some zamaleks when the hotel didnt stock it. Rooms are spotless and attention to detail terrif. Chef's Warehouse restaurant is a must.
This was our second visit in a year and cannot wait to come back again. Very highly recommend it.

South Africa may be known for diamonds and gold, as well as an abundance of natural wonders, but Cape Cadogan is a jewel of a hotel in Cape Town. It is a small hotel that delivers personalised 5 star service.
We were very pleased to have chosen Cape Cadogan rather than one of the big chain hotels near the Waterfront.

A truly magical stay, really brilliant dinner and all drinks included which makes it better value for money. Lovely staff. Only downside is the rooms are tired and the whole pool and bathrooms need maintenance. Also a wider breakfast choice perhaps it is a bit limited. Thanks to Kim for looking after us perfectly.
