The views from Clouds are incredible, the best thing about our stay was the views, you will get incredible views from most places in this accommodation, your room, the main pool/ dining area and also the higher pool. the room is also lovely, very well designed and modern amenities. They also provided us with a bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon which was a nice touch. They bring round refreshing ice cream by the pool which is a lovely touch. We had dinner one night which was nice
However overall I am not sure I would rate it as 5*. When we arrived our WiFi didn’t work for the first day we were there in our room, the hairdryer didn’t work, it required an extra adapter which reception were able to provide and this was fine. I had requested an iron which was told would be delivered to the room which it wasn’t, I had to ask again the next morning. The breakfast option isn’t great, could have better variety. The WiFi also cuts out quite a lot especially if at the pools, there is individual wifis per room
Overall I would come back for the views but in comparison to other 5 star hotels I have stayed in on my trip I don’t think it quite makes 5 stars
